Monthly plans are billed at the start of each calendar month. Annual plans are billed upfront for the full year at the discounted rate. You can switch from monthly to annual at any renewal date. We do not prorate mid-cycle downgrades; upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated.
A venue connection is one active gateway session to one exchange or ECN. If your strategy runs on NYSE and NASDAQ simultaneously, that is two venue connections. Primary and backup connections to the same venue count as one. The tier limit applies to the maximum simultaneous active connections at any moment during the billing period.
Yes. Additional venue connections are available at $350/mo per connection on the Starter tier. If you regularly need more than eight simultaneous connections, upgrading to Growth is typically more economical. We will flag this when you approach the Growth threshold.
Monthly plans have no minimum term; you may cancel at any time before the next billing cycle. Annual plans commit to the full year. Enterprise agreements are negotiated individually and typically have a one-year initial term with renewal options.
All tiers include integration support to get your first order through the system. Growth and Enterprise clients are assigned a dedicated integration engineer for the onboarding period who attends your first go-live sessions. We provide a written integration checklist, a conformance test suite for your FIX implementation, and access to our technical documentation for the EKL binary protocol.
